Terms of Use

Clearer — AI Voice Coach (“Clearer”) and this website (the “Website”) are offered by A-PROMO DIGITAL GROUP LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 449235, registered office Pavlou Valdaseridi 2A, 1st floor, 6018 Larnaca, Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our”).

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and us. By using the Website or placing a pre-order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not place a pre-order.

Our Privacy Policy, Pre-order Terms and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

Clearer is a planned AI voice coach for the conversations that matter: short rehearsals, AI feedback on your recordings, video lessons and scenes, pitch and tone practice.

The product is not available yet. The Website describes the concept, asks a few questions about how you communicate and lets you place a refundable pre-order. The Website itself does not record your voice and does not provide coaching, therapy or voice analysis.

You must be at least 18 years old to place a pre-order. By placing one you confirm that you are.

You must not place a pre-order if you are barred from doing so under the laws of your country or under any applicable sanctions regime.

A pre-order is a single, one-time payment. It does not give you access to the product, does not start a subscription and does not authorise any automatic or future charge.

If Clearer launches, pre-orderers get an early-access invite and can start at the launch price shown next to their plan. We do not promise that Clearer will launch, or when.

Every pre-order is refunded in full to the original payment method by 4 December 2026, whether or not Clearer launches. Details are in the Pre-order Terms and the Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.

Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the amount and charge its own fees; refunds are made in US dollars for the same amount you paid.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. You do not need to ask for the refund at the end of the test — it happens automatically.

Please write to refund@newlevel.mobi before disputing a charge with your bank: a refund is faster for you. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of your country.

Your answers to the questionnaire describe your own preferences. They are not a diagnosis or an assessment of your voice, and they are not used to make decisions about you. The examples on the Website are illustrations, not results of analysing you.

The Website and the Clearer concept — their design, texts, name, logo and illustrations — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. These Terms give you no ownership of them.

Feedback and answers to optional questions are welcome, and we may use them to shape the product without obligation or payment to you.

We may end the pre-order test early, change the plans offered or decide not to build Clearer. If we do, pre-orders already placed are still refunded in full as described in the Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to a pre-order you have already placed, and we keep a record of each version and the date it took effect.

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. Descriptions of planned features show what we intend to build; they are not a promise that the product will have them, look exactly as shown or launch at all.

Nothing in this section affects rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

What we never exclude

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Cap

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the Website and your pre-order is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for pre-orders and €100. We are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. The limits above do not apply to you to the extent the law of your country does not allow them.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve the matter.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between us about the Website and your pre-order.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force.

No waiver. If we delay in enforcing a right, we do not give it up.

Assignment. You may not transfer your pre-order. We may transfer our rights to a group company or in connection with a reorganisation of our business, provided your rights are not reduced.

Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience, and the English version governs.
