Refund Policy

The pre-order test ends on 27 November 2026. By 4 December 2026 we refund 100% of every pre-order to the original payment method. You do not need to ask, and no reason is required.

You can ask for a refund at any time before the refund-by date. Write to refund@newlevel.mobi from the address you used at checkout. We process early refunds within 5 business days of your request.

Refunds are issued through Stripe for the same amount in US dollars. They usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If your card has expired or a refund is rejected by your bank, we will contact you by email to arrange another way to return your money. We will never charge you again.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with similar rules, you have a right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our full refund applies regardless, and nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
